Sorry this is so long, but I'm pissed off. I bought a set of cloth seats form the bastard. Well they are supposed to be blue, but the are gray! Here's his ad [ http://www.twinturbo.net/net/viewmsg.aspx?forum=fs&msg_id=30814 ] "-Stock blue cloth seats 1pw 1non" ...seems pretty clear to me. So I pay the bastard. Week and half later the seats are not shipped. He started whining about how he needs more money to ship them. I've already aggreed to a price and payed the guy through paypal. I agree to send him the difference once I get the seats and see how they are. He told me this as well "The seats have no wear on them and dont have any tears at all.
They are perfect" Perfect huh? So finally yesterday they get here. they are not blue, they are grey. And there are stains all over them, clear as day! So I question him on it. ME- ok, we have a problem. The seats you sent are not blue, they are charcoal/grey. How you could mistake the 2 is beyound me, but I need to know how we are going to handle this. I have no use for these. Also you said they were clean. there are stains all over them! Are you sure you sent the right set to me? HIM- i told you they where blue/grey so what is the problem, and they are not all stained up Now yes he did mention this blue/grey thing once while we were talking about the deal and it confused me, but I asked him about it and not to mention I repeatedly questioned if they were blues seats out of a Blue NA with blue colored interior. This is the only way you could get this color option. ME- "Can I get pics of these seats. I have the blue interior and have the blue leather seats. I'm looking for some cloth ones."
"ok, so if I take the seats how will you ship them. My buddy says to just wrap them up in plastic/bubble wrap and fex-ex them. What do you think? And these are factory blue? Out of an Early year NA I'm guessing, correct?"
"That many people have light blue NA's with the blue interior? Lol. just kidding. I know it's a rare color, but I actually had a guy in Minnesota trying to trade for my leather ones for awhile." He sponded to all the above emails, but here's what he responded to the last one Him- "I thought it was a rare thing also but if they are then people are looking for them. lol". This tells me he understand the blue color is rare and is on track with what I'm saying. Plain and simple, he was selling blue seats and thats not what I got. Anyone know this guy? He's in Beverly Hills, Florida. I see he posts stuff all the time inthe classifieds so I trusted him. I have no use for these things and want my money back. Anyone want to try and help?
